CBP – INDUSTRIAL ABRASIVE BLASTER – LADSON, SC – $18-22.50/HOUR
Job description
Charleston Blast and Paint is looking for industrial abrasive blaster with blasting experience (preferred)
- To operate and maintain sandblasting equipment for preparing to apply various industrial coatings
- Operate and maintain all equipment, ventilation, blast pots, and PPE
- Understand how humidity, temperature, surface profile, etc. affects final product throughout the work process
- Accountability for completion of daily work assignments while monitoring quality, safety, health, and environmental regulations
- Employee must wear respirator protection and as required by OSHA regulation shall be fit tested where applicable for a respirator and shall have a medical evaluation performed yearly

Experience:
- Industrial Painting: 2 years (Preferred)
- Forklift: 1 years (Preferred)
- Sandblasting: 2 years (Preferred & will train)
- Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred)Location: Driver’s License (Required)

Salary: $18.00 – $22.50 per hour
