CBP – SUPERVISOR/ESTIMATOR – CHARLESTON, SC – $35,000-55,000/YEAR
Job description
Charleston Blast and Paint (CBP) is the premier blasting, painting and fabrication facility in the Southeastern United States. Currently operating on a 30 acre campus in Ladson, SC with over 200,000 sqft of production space under roof, CBP serves as a partner to various customers in the commercial, industrial, intermodal and marine industries. CBP specializes in the refurbishment of vital equipment and assets to like new condition.
We are currently seeking both experienced and entry level inspectors and supervisors for job openings at our Ladson facility. Duties for this roll include, but are not limited to-
- Completing and maintaining Quality Control Reports
- Ensuring all products and services meet or exceed customer expectations
- Addressing quality and production issues
- Recommending and implementing strategies for problem resolution
- Accepting or rejecting finished products and communicating inspection results with the production team and upper management
- Communicating with customers
- Supervising work in the shop
- Basic computer skills required, and basic mechanical knowledge is helpful. Most importantly, we are seeking someone driven, eager to learn and grow while working alongside a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.
Will train the right candidates.
Must have a valid driver’s license.
